Today was much better than yesterday. I was able to get out of bed this morning with no complaints. I trained for my 5k today and it felt so good. Instead of alternating for twenty minutes, I did it for twenty-five minutes. I did not want to stop at twenty minutes, so I kept going. I finished up week one today and will start week two on Friday.
