A Little Stressed

I did not sleep very well last night due to stress. This affected my workout and my body did not want to do anything. I ended up walking on the treadmill for an hour and worked on my abs.

March 9th

10min Abs
10min Stretching
Mileage: 4.3

Gym Time: 85 minutes
