Another Light Day

I did a cardio workout today. Nothing big. I was little sore from yesterday, but not much. I am finding that I am more flexible than I used to be. Six weeks until my 5k. Tuesday I will get back to training.

Mileage: 4.9

Gym Time: 85 minutes
